Annual Board Meeting

Annually in December

This gathering is a very important meeting of all Saint James City Civic Center Association Members.

Each year, some positions on our Board of Directors either expire or are left vacant.  We have an election to at this meeting to keep our organization running at peak performance.  

If you are interested in joining our Board of Directors or know of someone to nominate for a position, please let us know!  We welcome anyone with a positive sense of community that wishes to see our efforts enjoyed by everyone who enters our doors.
We encourage all of our Members to attend this annual meeting.  Your input and participation in the election process let us know how you think we are doing.

Membership Dues

Annual Dues are $25 per person.

  1. Click on the Membership you wish to purchase and follow instructions on the product page.

  2. After you have added your Membership to your Cart you can Check Out OR

  3. Select "Continue Shopping" to purchase another Membership (for a family member, friend)

  4. After you have checked out through PayPal you will receive an email confirming receipt of your Membership Dues Payment(s) with a link to complete your Membership Contact Information. 

Important - your Membership is not complete until you submit the Membership Contact Information form.  Our Membership volunteers add/update your information, so please provide your full name(s), email address(s) and contact phone.  Your email address is added to the Newsletter distribution.  And you now have access to our new Member Pages (more information to come)

If you would like to make a Donation to the Saint James City Civic Association we Thank You!

  • A $5 Donation covers the cost of PayPal fees charged to the Civic Center

  • A Donation can also be made in any denomination and designated for a specific purpose on behalf of an individual or group


​We use PayPal, a secure and encrypted electronic alternative to checks.  Using PayPal for renewing your membership, making a donation or purchasing event tickets has many advantages:

You (the buyer)

  • do not need to have your own PayPal account to make purchases

  • are not charged a fee to make purchases

  • can use your credit or debit card

  • will save postage, check writing, a trip to the civic center, completing a paper membership application

  • will get a receipt from PayPal that can be used in place of a Membership Card or Event Ticket

We (the SJCCA)

  • are charged the fee by PayPal - it is deducted from your total purchase amount

  • save time making bank deposits, recording membership applications, printing membership cards/event tickets

  • can access your information easier and faster to confirm your purchases
