About the event
1885 is when it all started. The Lee County Community Band was the Fort Myers Brass Band. They wanted to bring the joy of music to all, and kept doing that with donations from the community. They have kept that tradition going for all these years.
We welcome the Little Lee County Community Band, a great group of musicians from that band, to help us celebrate the Labor Day weekend.
