Membership and Participation
To become a member of the New St. James Civic Association, members are required to follow all association rules and regulations, as well as all local and state laws. Membership may be terminated at any time for failure to comply with these requirements.Members are encouraged to participate in association events and activities. However, participation is voluntary and members assume all risks associated with participation. The association is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during participation in association events or activities.
